How we handle your data

This is a single-property listing site for the duplex penthouse at Grosvenor Terrace, Camberwell SE5. We collect what you submit via the enquiry form. We would also like to run analytics and advertising measurement tools (Google Analytics and the Meta/Facebook Pixel, delivered via Google Tag Manager, plus a matching server-side copy of enquiry events sent directly to Meta) to understand how visitors find this page and to measure the performance of our advertising — but these only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject them, only the enquiry form works, and nothing is sent to Google or Meta, including Google Tag Manager itself: the container script is not requested from Google's servers at all unless you accept.

Who is the controller

The data controller for personal data submitted via this site is Mobile Soul Ltd (trading as SER Team), in respect of the property at Grosvenor Terrace, Camberwell SE5. Data protection queries are handled on the controller's behalf by the SER Team DPO. To exercise any of the rights described below — or for any other privacy question — contact privacy@serteam.co.uk.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, country, your position as a buyer (cash / mortgage-ready / chain), what you are looking for, and the free-text message.

From your visit, only if you accept cookies: standard analytics data via Google Analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, referring site) and advertising measurement data via the Meta Pixel (page views and, when you submit the enquiry form, a "lead" event). Both are delivered through Google Tag Manager, a container script that loads these two tools rather than tracking anything itself. We use this data to measure which channels bring visitors to this listing and to improve ad targeting on Meta platforms — we do not use it to build a marketing profile of you beyond this campaign. Our hosting provider (IONOS) also keeps standard server access logs that include visitor IPs for security purposes; these are not used for tracking and are rotated automatically, and run regardless of your cookie choice since they are necessary for operating the server securely.

When you submit the enquiry form having accepted cookies, our own server also sends a matching copy of that "lead" event directly to Meta, alongside (not instead of) the Meta Pixel event described above. Meta deduplicates the two into a single event, so it is not counted twice. This server-to-server copy includes your email address and phone number in a one-way cryptographically hashed form — not the plain text you typed, and not reversible back into your original details by us or Meta — plus your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the same anonymous Meta cookie identifiers your browser already sent via the Pixel. It exists because ad blockers and browser tracking protections can silently drop the browser-only Pixel event; sending a server-side copy keeps the two ad platforms' measurement accurate. It runs under exactly the same rule as everything else on this page: nothing is sent if you reject cookies.

Cookies

We use two categories of cookie/local storage:

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. Rejecting after previously accepting reloads the page and stops these tools running from that point on. We also ask again every six months regardless of your previous choice, so your consent stays current rather than being carried forward indefinitely.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, and answer follow-up questions. Submitting the form constitutes your consent for that purpose, and we also rely on legitimate interests in dealing with a property enquiry you have initiated.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or hand it to anyone else not listed above.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as it takes to respond and conclude the conversation, plus up to 24 months for follow-up. Once the property is sold, related correspondence may be retained for up to six years to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: confirm what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your details, restrict or object to processing, or send you a copy of your data. Email privacy@serteam.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

External resources

This site loads its fonts and images from its own server. It sends your data to Formspree when you submit the enquiry form, as described above. It loads Google Tag Manager — which in turn loads Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — only after you accept cookies in the banner. When you submit the enquiry form having accepted cookies, our own server (not your browser) also sends a hashed copy of your email and phone number, plus your IP address and browser user-agent, directly to Meta's Conversions API, as described above.

Updates

We will update this notice if anything changes about how the form works or who we share data with. The date at the top reflects the last review.
